I served with Hugh at the sheriffs office, we were patrol deputies. Then it transitioned into the Unified Police Dept Greater Salt Lake.
Hugh served as an operator on the SWAT team and finally as a Crossing Guard Coordinator. He loved his job almost as much as he loved his wife candy. I know because her sister is my friend.
RIP Hugh, you are missed.
