Reflections for Corporal Kyle Jeffrey Davis
A police officer should be remembered not by how he died, but how he lived! A great man has gone to secure a safe path for the rest of us to follow. Thank you to you, your family and the Washington County Sheriff's Office. Our country is a little less safe without you. Rest in Peace Brother!

I cannot express my sorrow for Corporal Davis’ children, spouse, and extended family, blood and blue. There is nothing on this side of Heaven that assuages that pain. I pray that in the arms of family, immediate and extended, grace and peace will undergird and strengthen you. May God hold you in the hollow of His hand and comfort you with eternal hope, where our real treasure lies. Corporal Davis, we salute your life, your honor, and your sacrifice.
