Already suffering from the stress of what's going on at our border, the family now has to deal with this. God give them the strength that they need to get through this trying time. RIP my brother. Although I never knew you, I know that you will be missed.

The desire to serve is easily misunderstood because it seems to then serve self last. Yet, it is nothing less than love for others that calls one to serve. Alejandro Flores' love for his family and his people, meaning us all, as well as his county, will live on through all of those whose paths he has crossed. I would have liked to have known him, but even so, not knowing him, I will not forget him. Semper Fi, brother.
