Today I had the honor of escorting your wife, Juna, and daughter, Kelly, at the dedication ceremony of the newly constructed Washington State Law Enforcement Officers Memorial at the state capital in Olympia. Gov. Gregoire graciously remembered you in her address to those gathered. You have never been forgotten. You will never be forgotten. We honor you still and we love you always.

May you always be happy on the other side and be watching over the family you left behind. You will always be remembered by me and my family...we were there when you were taken from all who loved you. Rest in peace.
