Laura
Thanks for your service to the FBI and to the citizens of Florida and this great nation. Having some oversight of our local partnership with our FBI sponsored ICAC Program (Internet Crimes Against Children)--I know all too well what outstanding work and innumerable contributions that investigators like you make, while going after child predators. Your sacrifice and those of your partner is greatly appreciated by all of us. You honor what is good about our profession. I pray that your children and family will get through this and forever cherish you and your exceptional contributions that you have made to make this great nation a safer place.

Laura,

My heart hurts this morning. I have been an ICAC Investigator for eleven years and in law enforcement for fifteen. We have so much in common with regards to keeping children safe. I have educated children and the public, and worked with the media. Hearing about your death and that of my brother, brings a harsh reality on how dangerous our job is, and the ultimate sacrifice you have made to keep children safe.

We have the watch from here...prayers for your family and the FBI.

Investigator I Doug Galluccio
City of Goose Creek (SC) Police Department
