Officer Joyce,
On today, the 30th anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice-not just for your Community but for our Country as well when you served with the USMC. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Michael was always a perfect young man. Lived a few doors away and we were always in the same gang of nneighborhood kids. As we got a bit older, we broke into groups and MICHAEL was my 1st spin the bottle kiss,WOW !! While I know he was missed, wish he had stayed in Oregon ! Last time we saw one another, Mike was home (1986) on vacation. He told me that he loved life in Ore and believed he would stay.....wish that had happened. The world has really lost a Great Guy ! RIP Michael....Love Ya Kiddo ! charlene

How ironic on this very day 91 years prior, one of your very own from the same department made the ultimate sacrifice for the people of Chester, PA just as you did so many years later. Rest in peace always and know that your law enforcement family will never, ever forget your service and sacrifice.
