Policeman Bunch - Yours is a story of courage, facing down shotgun-toting holdup men. You stood your ground and paid the ultimate price for trying to make a difference. Thanks for your service to the people of Los Angeles. Perhaps we'll get to sit at your table, one day, and play for matchsticks....if we're found worthy, that is. May God bless you, always.

Chief K. Moreland (Ret. Sgt.)
Palmer Lake, CO PD (Ret. LAPD)

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 67th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace.

Officer Bunch your courage at facing multiple armed subjects should be an inspiration to other officers. Its sad to see that the Courts failed to deliver justice in your case but rest easy, we'll keep the watch.
