Captain Trahan would give anyone the shirt off his back to help someone did not matter who you were. Captain Trahan was a community policing type officer who could arrest you and you would thank him for take no you to jail. I think Captain Trahan’s best job was when he was working with the elderly and loved listening to their story’s. With Captain Trahan you may have been a stranger when you met but I can guarantee y’all were friends when you left. Captain Trahan was one of the officers that every department wants on the street.
