Leave a Reflection

Reflections for Corrections Officer Marshall Lee "Bem" London, Jr.

There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t miss you. In four years there have been so many moments that I wanted you to be apart of and I know would’ve made you so proud. I miss our conversation and especially your sense of humor. You were not only my Dad, you were my hero! The one person who could change any situation and make it positive. I love you and will forever miss you

The true measure of a person
is not found in the
might of their arm,
their wealth
or their power –
it is found in the strength
of their character.

There is no greater testimony to
ones character, than ones
willingness to sacrifice all,
in the noble quest of
providing protection to all
whom they serve.
