Big Moore, you will be truly missed. You were such a comedian and had me laughing to tears when we worked together at The AT Risk Unit. You were always so pleasant and fun to be around. You really knew how to handle my people, LOL. Man, I really miss your positive energy and spirit. You were one of the beams of light at YSC. Why did COVID-19 choose you?

RIP Moore, you will never be forgotten. You were an important figure to the DYRS agency and you were even more important to the New Beginnings family. I send my deepest condolences to your family. Your presence will always be felt and a force to be reckoned with. Your memory will always live on and everyone whose life you touched whether it was a friend, family member, youth, co-worker, etc., will also remember how you impacted their life because you were as thorough as they came and that can’t and will never be replaced. You were one of the best! ( Hey look here shorty)!

Hey Jerome!!!! You would laugh with a big grin. I remember you as a dedicated worker , close friend , classmate and colleague. We all called one another by last names but I called you by your middle name when we needed to catch up on things good or bad. We would laugh and practically talk about anything. I will surely miss those days however, there will come a time when I’m able to see you again. I know you’re body, mind and spirit is resting in peace. Forever loved by many.......Perky Perk

Officer Moore was more then a Co-Worker and Friend of minds, he was my brother from another mother. He always insured I was safe at work and home, never not answering my calls over the Radio or Telephone. He was outstanding father to his three sons, who he cherished. I will miss my dear Friend and Brother.
