Officer Morse was a Great Officer. He managed his unit with Professionalism and Respect. He was always Up Beat and a Joy to work with! Working with him for over two years you really see what a good Person he was. I am truly impacted along with so many other of this tragic loss. He was such a good person and Respected Officer. Prayers go out to him and his family. Officer Morse you will be missed.
