Reflections for Detective Sergeant Randall Clayton French
Randy, I had never met you, but you are a cousin who I had regular reports about from your uncle, Harold French of Stockbridge. I had met your dad, William, so I felt that I knew you through these connections and a fellow member of the French Clan. I followed your struggle with COVID-19, and always thought you would make it through, and then I could get to meet and know you and your family on our next visit to Stockbridge. What a shock it was when Harold reported that you did not make it, the horrible virus had claimed it's victim. Our prayers go out to your family, and especially to Danielle, and to your Dad William. I'll get to meet you in the next life, Randy, and we can exchange French family stories. Thank you so much for your service to the Troy community.

Sergeant French, through your long and selfless performance of your duty, you put your life on the line each and every day to keep others safe. It took a small virus to end that life.
