Reflections for Officer Breann Rochelle Leath
Hi Breann Leath, I had a wonderful time spending time with my adult child’s survivor friend from the Indianapolis Police Department this summer in 2023. Her father tragically passed away in the line of duty back in 1986, and I visited her in Potosi, Missouri, before driving back to Indianapolis, Indiana. I came across your memorial name on the granite surface in downtown Indianapolis. It deeply touched my heart to support the Indiana State and Indianapolis Department in honoring the memory of Sandler’s family. I had the privilege of meeting the Sandler survivor’s family back in 2021, and I was fortunate enough to meet four beautiful daughters who lost their father in 1986. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring Indianapolis as a tourist and supporting the Indiana Law Enforcement Memorial.
I want to express my sincere gratitude for your continued commitment to maintaining safety and serving the community and citizens of Indianapolis. Your efforts in developing and implementing effective strategies to combat crimes and provide support to those in need are truly helpful.
I’m absolutely passionate about traveling frequently, having already visited five countries. I’m on the verge of reaching six countries by autumn 2025, considering my origins in El Paso, Texas at a borderland city.
