A tragedy. Anytime. any soul is lost. Period. For any reason. After 12 years on the job I learned to look a lil closer than the average …. I believe in respect. Gone etc. All which are earned on an individual basis. The loss is great no matter what. Two young men are dead. Rip all those I knew that are gone. They too would want to know why so many unanswered questions remain.

As a mother, I can only say that I am proud of the man you were, and I can admire all that you stood for.
Being taken so violently at such a young age is tragic, as well as shameful and heartbreaking.
God bless you and Rest in Peace.

I can only say as a mother, I am proud of the example you set, and the way your life came to an end was senseless. I have blue lights in my window respectfully for you... God bless, and rest in peace.

Officer Carr, how tragic that an animal like your murderer did this to you. I do not mourn his death, I celebrate it, but your passing is tragic, confusing and infuriating. You are a hero.

God Bless, Brother and may you forever Rest in Peace.

As an Ex felon, people always ask how can you respect the Police. I answer like this. If i wasnt out doing the illegal stuff i was doing i wouldnt of gone to Jail/Prison. A police officer was doing their job by arresting me. They didnt put me in danger i put them in danger by doing my crimes. All due respect Officer Carr. My deepest condolences to your family by blood and by the Blue. Our Police forces need to be shown our upmost respect.

The true measure of a person
is not found in the
might of their arm,
their wealth
or their power –
it is found in the strength
of their character.

There is no greater testimony to
ones character, than ones
willingness to sacrifice all,
in the noble quest of
providing protection to all
whom they serve.
