Heavenly Father, You are always faithful and quick to show mercy. Our Sister-in-Blue, Detective Andrea R.J. Rainer, of the New York City, New York Police Department, was taken from us on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 by the cancer she sustained as a direct result of her duties at Ground Zero after the Terrorist Attacks of September 11, 2001. Come swiftly to her aid, have mercy on her, and comfort her family, friends, and colleagues by the power and protection of the cross. We ask this through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ; for He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one can go to the Father except by way of the Son. Amen.
“The greatest love you can show is to give your life for your friends.” [John 15:13 GW]

The true measure of a person
is not found in the
might of their arm,
their wealth
or their power –
it is found in the strength
of their character.
There is no greater testimony to
ones character, than ones
willingness to sacrifice all,
in the noble quest of
providing protection to all
whom they serve.
