No greater love can a person give than to lay down her life for others. I'm very sad and will pray for your family and the murderer that he or she will repent of this great sin and surrender. Eternal Memory ☦️

The Lord ‘God with Us’, our hearts and prayers go out to the Tennessee Department of Correction and for the family, friends, and colleagues of Correctional Administrator Debra Johnson, of the Tennessee Department of Correction, who was murdered in the Line-of-Duty on Wednesday, August 7, 2019. Depart, dear Sister-in-Blue, out of this world into the arms of the Father who created you, into the arms of the Son who redeemed you, and into the arms of the Spirit who made you whole. You have fought the good fight, you have finished the race, and you have kept the faith [Inspired by 2Timothy 4:7]. Now rest easy in peace. We will take it from here. Amen.
Jesus teaches us the following:
1. “Blessed are those who mourn. They will be comforted.” [Matthew 5:4];
2. “Blessed are those who make peace. They will be called God’s children.” [Matthew 5:9];
3. "The greatest love you can show is to give your life for your friends.” [John 15:13], and;
4. “I [Jesus] can guarantee this Truth: Today you will be with Me in Paradise.” [Luke 23:43].

What has our world come to? Life is no longer precious or respected. Condolences just don’t seem like enough. Prayers at times seem unanswered. 38 years you served your city, your county, your state, your government and your people. I’m at a loss for words and tired at hearing of another fallen officer. Blessed are The Peacemakers For They Shall Be Called The Children of God. Rest In Peace My Dear Sister. Watch over your sisters and brothers that respected the badge of honor you wore bravely.

My sincere condolences to your family and to all of those that loved you here on earth Ms Johnson. You served your State for many years and it is heart breaking that you would lose your life in such a violent way at the hands of a coward. I pray that he is caught and brought to justice very soon.
