A police officer should be remembered not by how he died, but how he lived! A great man has gone to secure a safe path for the rest of us to follow. Thank you to you, your family and the Los Angeles Police Department. Thoughts and support for all the officers involved. Our country is a little less safe without you. Vaya co Dios Hermano!

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Los Angeles, CA Police Officer Juan Jose Diaz and to the City of Los Angeles Police Department as well to the entire City of Los Angeles, CA at this time of tragedy involving one of their finest police officers who lost his life at the hands of a member of an extremely notorious street gang that is loose in Los Angeles. This is a sad time for all of Los Angeles and to the entire State of California at this time. His memory will live on as he is mourned by all the officers of all the police departments in California. I am sure his killer and the gang he is involved with will be caught then face trial after that it will be a one way trip to death row for what he did.

Rest in Peace - Brother. The world you served could not deserve the gift you gave, they do not comprehend the sacrifice you made - every day. When you gave your last full measure of devotion, they hardly noticed.... But God knew every moment. We will miss you, every day. Rest now, Brother. Our love for you, and your loved ones will not falter or fail.
