Steve Licon worked in Santa Ana with my husband Gary, and he also appeared for DMV Hearings I conducted. When my husband was killed in 2001, Steve came to Sacramento to the funeral. And later he also came to the freeway dedication. I have a photo of Steve Licon on my desk and many good memories of him in my heart. I’m so sorry for his family at his loss and I’m praying for them. Rest In Peace Steve Licon. I know you’re with your old graveyard sergeant now and you’re watching out for the rest of us.
