Reflections for Sergeant Michael B. Wagner

Mike and I went through the academy together company 82-40. As a 20 year old recruit he helped steer me out of trouble a time or two after work. We met up again when I was promoted to sergeant and assigned to the 9th pct and ha was a the 1st pct. Always a gentleman and stand up guy.
Thank you
