First of all rest in peace Officer Meacham. A vile and heinous act took your life and left a gaping hole in the hearts of your family and colleagues. My dad, Owen Davis, was a longtime New York City police officer for nearly forty years. Brave and courageous no one will ever forget your heroic endeavors on Hopkinsville's behalf.
