A Prayer for Special Agent Melissa S. Morrow:

Lord God, I boldly and humbly come before Your throne in sincere faithful and fervent prayer as we remember in this moment our Sister-in-Blue, Special Agent Melissa S. Morrow, of the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation, who sacrificed her life in the Line-of-Duty. We recall with gratitude and respect all that she stood for in this life. Help us to live in the companionship of her spirit. May we be kind to the family, friends, and colleagues she loved; devoted to the country in which she served; and loyal to the causes which she championed in law enforcement. For Scripture says: God blesses those who work for peace for they will be called the children of God ; there is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends; I [Jesus] assure you, today you will be with me in Paradise, and; God blesses those who mourn, for they will be comforted.
