On today, the 50th anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country-not just as a Law Enforcement Officer but also when you served with the USMC. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

I was a seven year old neighbor kid when you passed and your loss was a sad thing to see with your young family left behind and remembering what a friendly man you were. I hope that your wife and sons have done well all these years.

My deepest condolences to the family members of Special Agent Edward John Knartzer, may his soul RIP in Heaven. My condolences also extend to all the people who died in that unfortunate accident. May God bless each family who lost a love one in that accident. Special Agent Knartzer will never be forgotten.
