An Idaho Trooper came to your funeral to show respect for his brother. He met a LEO daughter that weekend.
They fell in love, married and are now having a baby girl. Wonderful things are still happening because you existed! I hope your wife knows you are still a blessing to this world!

On behalf of my family, I extend our sincerest condolences on the grievous loss you suffered when Andrew was killed in the line of duty.
To the Camilleri family, fellow patrolmen , and all who call Andrew beloved, my heart goes out to all of you and may you find comfort in your loved ones and your strength in your faith. When my son was killed, the entire law enforcement community in our area embraced us in a circle of love and support, and I know you will receive the same support. It makes the unbearable less torturous, and I pray for your solace. I hope that your family knows that a nation mourned for you, and I was honored to attend your funeral services..
This reflection is sent with the utmost respect for the dedicated service Andrew gave to his community and the citizens of California and for the supreme sacrifice he and his family made on December 24, 2017.

To officer Camilleri´s family, I am saddened about this tragic event. A great officer was lost due to a senseless act by a drunk driver. Officer Camilleri did not die in vain he is a hero and will always be remembered for his outstanding work as a CHP officer. May God be with your entire family and may officer Camilleri rest in peace.

Officer Camilleri´s family:
I am saddened to see the unfairness of losing Andrew. He was taken so early Life! It is terribly unfair to him and to you, that he already has left this world.
Your whole family will continue in my intentions and meditations. I know there are no words that can give you consolation, that it is too painful. May you find the peace of mind that comforts.
