Policeman Coe, your sacrifice has only recently been discovered, and added to this site and our memorials. Forgive us for overlooking you, while we applaud those who researched and discovered our error.
Thank you for your service to the People and the City of Los Angeles. May God grant you eternal rest and may his perpetual light shine upon you. May your family have been consoled and cared for after your loss. You, no doubt, had much to give...and sadly, you gave it all, and more.
