Sgt. Bound,
On today, the 90th anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice-not just as a Law Enforcement Officer but for our Country as well when you served with the U.S. Army.

Your service to this nation, both as a Soldier and a protector of one of America's greatest assets, it's railroads is honored here. I'm saddened that it took until now for that recognition to come about, but such is the way of the world. What's important is, we now know of your sacrifice and can honor it appropriately.
God Bless you, Brother and may your eternal rest be ever peaceful.
