So very Sorry to hear of your brutal slaying today
REST EASY Sista
We all know it can happen,
When we put our colors on.
It only takes an instant,
then one of us is gone.

Day to day we walk our beat,
In God we put our faith.
'Cause we're the law inside the walls,
We keep the public safe.

You have done the job that few can do;
Your shift is at an end.
Farewell my sista, rest in peace.
On you we could depend.

PEACE be with your family, friends & co workers
during this tragic time

My families heart heartfelt sympathy goes out to the family of Sergeant Callahan. At 29 she was the age of our daughter Mellissa Galade Mooney who was the assistant office manager for the FBI in Wilmington NC and murdered in 1999 by a resident in Castle Hayne who is serving a life sentence in NC.
