COOP you were one of the best. They broke the mold with you. I don't know how many times you have made me smile no matter the situation. You would always pick us up when we were down.

I don't know why God took you but I know that there was a reason and know you are in a better place. I will miss you friend. I will miss your smile. We will always be there for your family brother. I know you will be watching over us like you always have. Your spirit will never die.

The salvation of the righteous comes from the Lord;
he is their stronghold in time of trouble.
The Lord helps them and delivers them;
he delivers them from the wicked and saves them,
because they take refuge in him.
Psalm 37:39-40

My condolences to the family Corporal Bill Cooper. Losing a loved one is always difficult. Please remember God’s promise at Revelation 21:4 where it says "and he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” Please take comfort in the God of comfort during this difficult time.

Corporal Cooper, you will be missed by everyone. All Sheriff of Sebastian County and the all the deputies of the Sebastian County Sheriff's Department as they are in mourning because you lost your life as a result of a domestic dispute that took your life. I am hoping that the suspect who took your life will recieve the death penalty when that suspect is found guilty in a court of law by the jury and the judge will make sure he gets a nice one way trip to death row in prison.
