Reflections for Special Agent Ramsey D. Blackburn
To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 109th anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace

Agent Blackburn, it appears that you may have been not only the victim of murderous scum, but of a corrupt system rigged by a wealthy, murderous scum. We can only hope and pray that true justice befell all those involved in your murder, if not in this life, then in the next.
Being a Railroad Cop is not an easy job and never has been. You face the same risks as any Law Enforcement Officer and yet, too many people do not understand this. Those who care, know.
God Bless you for your service in helping to protect one of the very reasons this nation is as great as it is, it's Railroads and may you forever Rest in Peace, Brother.
