My Deepest condolences to the family, co-workers both in Brown and Blue. Rest peaceably knowing Carl was a Great man and representative to the true Law enforcement Community which he so unselfishly served. Deputy Koontz has always greeted everyone with a smile and a friendly handshake. I have shared many lunch breaks with this Fine man. Please keep him, and his family in your thoughts and Prayers.
