Being a home improvement contractor, I visit many residential homes; often at night. I often find house numbers behind Christmas wreath? I've also had to perform CPR, where an emergency vehicle can't SEEM to arrive soon enough. I greave at needless deaths like this. If just ONE person, be it a friend or contractor, would've spoken up to mention that a house # wasn't visible, this officer might not have had to do a U-turn, and therefore be alive today.
