Rest in peace, my sister. Your time on this earth was too short, but, in your final moments, you bravely faced danger to protect your community. In short time you have done more for your community than most people ever will. Thank you for your service.

God Bless to all affected and involved!
To all who wear BLUE, whether it is your first day or your last day of service, the reality is that End Of Watch can come at any moment!
A hammer, vehicle, knife, broken bottle, baseball bat, bare hands, gun, a shovel, etc, the weapon used never matters, the human deploying them does, humans are the most dangerous entities on the planet.
Keep your distance, stay focused, take every matter and fact into consideration, don't be COMPLACENT, nothing is ROUTINE!
Stay alert and stay alive!

We private citizens owe so much to all members of this thin blue line. I believe that all lives matter, regardless of gender or ethnicity. Those who routinely place themselves in harms way for the safety and security of all the rest of us deserve our support, and our respect, far beyond that which they usually receive. Surely there must be a special place in Heaven for those who lose their lives in the line of duty. My prayer is that she is now in a place of eternal peace and love.

A Prayer for Police Officer Ashley Guindon:
Lord our God, you are always faithful and quick to show mercy. Our Sister-in-Blue, Police Officer Ashley Guindon, of the Prince William County, Virginia Police Department, was suddenly and violently taken from us in the Line-of-Duty. Come swiftly to her aid, have mercy on her, and comfort her family, friends, and colleagues by the power and protection of the cross. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
“Greater love has no one than this that someone lay down his life for his friends.” [John 15:13]
I had the privilege and honor to assist the Merrimack, NH Police Department with the Death Notification to Officer Guindon's grieving mother, who resides in Merrimack, NH, as the Chaplain for the Merrimack, NH Police Department. We sat and talked about her 'little girl' and only child and how proud she was of her 6-year service in the U.S. Marine Corps and now her 2-day service as a Police Officer. May God Bless them all.
