Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for Thou art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me… Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever. Psalms 23:4, 6

It does not matter the length of service; your life and career have not been in vein. You took an oath to walk the path of the warrior, and you have earned your place in history with all of our fallen brothers and sisters. Another life has been claimed too soon. God speed, and may your memory be eternal.

I was very saddened to hear this on the news today. I remember my own son on his first day and how excited he was to work 11pm-7am on his first shift. And how proud we all were of him as I am sure your family is too. I can only imagine what your family and friends are going through and our prayers to them and our wish your assailant NEVER is free again. Hopefully the regulary citizens who will sit in judgment of him will see to it.

R.I.P. So sad, prayers to her family, brother officers and friends. Officer Guindon was obviously a person who believed in service to her fellow man. Thank you for your service and dedication. You will not be forgotten. We must all remember that if not for people like officer Guindon evil would prevail. The thin blue line will miss her.

Sympathies for Constable Ashley who has left us all in such a tragic beginning to her otherwise potential career. ASHLEY IS a hero in absolute best use of the term. May she rest in the peace of Jesus Christ our lord and savior. Her first day became her last day. What a major loss for the whole world to have notice of. Ashley you are in the hands of the angels and Gods amazing love. We are all sorry your career had to end so swiftly like this. We know you desired even on the first day to dedicate your life for the cause of Prince William County in those united states of America. In Canada we remember you all over. As a world record holder in push ups all record holders around the world feel your families pain in this. How do you find comfort? In our lord. Peace be in your soul in heaven. We are all in pain all over the world over this sudden end to your career Ashley. We all love you, even if many did not ever get the chance to have known you in any way.
