I had the opportunity to meet Webster in 2006, while my husband was in the Academy with him. Always a grin from ear to ear no matter what! Officer Webster was in the Academy with my husband. He was such a joy to be around and NEVER stopped smiling no matter how grueling it was during those 6 months of training. My father knew you and said you where an outstanding officer, and a great man. It hurts knowing that you where taken from our family, and WE WILL NEVER FORGET YOUR SACRIFICE.
