The salvation of the righteous comes from the Lord;
he is their stronghold in time of trouble.
The Lord helps them and delivers them;
he delivers them from the wicked and saves them,
because they take refuge in him.

During a time when the members of law enforcement are criticized, sued, and arrested for performing their duties. With very little support from the political powers in their jurisdictions. The thin blue line still exists as there are still men and women who will protect the public and enforce the laws, even at the cost of their own lives. I'm not sure Officer Holder will receive the recognition from the media and politicians he serves, but this loss of Officer Holder is another tear in the fiber that separates order from chaos. I offer my sincere sympathy to the family of officer Holder and the NYPD family. May he rest in peace.
