"Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God" Matthew 5:9. Let us now celebrate your life and remember your selfless sacrifice. "Greater love has no one than this that someone lay down his life for his friends" John 15:13. However, death is not the end; it does not have the final say! As a current resident of the area, I appreciate your service and mourn with our community, your family and friends, and your Sheriff's Department family. The blue line is thin between EMS and Police and a Brother has been lost.

You have done your duty and served your community. Now you are in Heaven watching over each of your Brothers and Sisters, each of your loved ones. I know the coming days will be filled with tears and unbelief, laughter and stories. I pray God gives them each more laughter than tears, more comfort than pain.
