Patrolman Glover, please accept my apologies for the erroneous statement that your anniversary was on the date I submitted my reflection. I typed in haste and regret the mix-up.

Your memorial should not contain mistakes as it shows a lack of total attention and you deserve total attention.

Patrolman Glover, today marks the 85th anniversary of your tragic death. My Dad spent 5 years on the New York Central Railroad Police prior to joining the PD of my local hometown. His days on the RR both before and during his time as a "bull" were some of the happiest of his life, but his stories made me realize the inherent danger of working as Railroad Cop.

You are a hero, as is my Dad, for helping to keep safe one of the reasons this nation is as great as it is, it's Rails.

God Bless and may you rest be and eternally be, peaceful, Brother.
