We cannot fully honor our heroes of the present without paying tribute to our heroes of the past, Your heroism and service is honored today, the 120th anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire.
Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace

Railroad Police agencies seem to be slowly becoming a thing of the past, which is a travesty. For all of those who still serve to protect one of the main things that made America what it is today, and for all who preceded them, we, as a nation, owe our thanks.
You did your best and these cowards ambushed you for no good reason. Since they were not prosecuted, we can only hope and pray they faced TRUE justice at some point, if not in this life, then in the next.
Watchman Lewis, you are a hero. May God Bless you and may your eternal rest be peaceful, Brother.
