Reflections for Sergeant Sheryl A. Pierce
Sheryl, You will never be forgotten. Your dedication to the FOP and helping fellow officers will always be remembered! We miss those great times during police week in DC and celebrating your B-day on the 14th, who would have ever thought you would be placed on the wall too.. Rest in peace.

John 5:28, 29 - "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I pray that everyone can find peace in knowing that we will see this officer as well as many others again in Paradise soon. Until then, please accept my condolences.

Sheri (Sheryl) was a great friend and a very dedicated police officer FOP Officer and member. Sheri loved being a police officer and helping people, she loved making a difference. When she was first diagnosed with Hepatitis C Sheri dealt with it head on, she researched and tried to find the best treatment possible to fight the disease. While it was a very emotionally and physically draining time for her she never gave up. Today is Sheri's birthday (May 14th). Happy Birthday Sheri, you are loved and missed.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the second anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
