Good job trooper, you got your man. I hope you are basking in the love and peace of Him. Your time on Earth was too short, but sometimes special people need extra time in Heaven.

Lieutenant Michael Magiera
Dallas Police Department

I am saddened to hear of the tragic and senseless death of Trooper Trevor Casper. In the span of three years, I lost two co-workers who were WI State Troopers as a result of senseless deaths while I was serving as a Trooper with the WI State Patrol. While Troopers (both actively working or retired) don't always know personally all of the Troopers in the State Patrol, loosing one of them under tragic circumstances is like loosing a family member. My sincere sympathy to Trevor's immediate family and to the members of the WI State Patrol with whom he worked.

Trooper G.R. Duffenbach (retired)

A police officer should be remembered not by how he died, but how he lived! A great man has gone to secure a safe path for the rest of us to follow. Thank you to you, your family and the Wisconsin State Patrol. Our country is a little less safe without you. Rest in Peace Brother!
