Charlie and my son Danny played together here in NY when they were kids. I worked with Charlie Sr. at the NYPD. Every time a cop is killed in the LOD it breaks my heart. I have not seen Charlie or his dad for many years. If anyone reading this has a contact number for Charlie's dad, please email me. My condolences to TSPD for this loss.

It is a sad turn of events, especially at this time of year, My condolences to all the families of Blue who have suffered a loss due to some crazed IDIOT, who does not understand the true values of life and family. It is a sad day indeed when a brother of Blue is shot down in the line of duty, trying to protect the people they serve.
