When u put the badge on each day, u huge and kiss your family and say a extra prayer as you get in your patrol unit. We all have to face the facts that everyone was not raised the way we were raised, they don't have the same value that we have. We all pray that we will be just to all and will return home at the end of our day. Our prayers are with each officers family in the past that has lost a officer in our nation. From a dad that knows-"I can tell you from my heart it is very heavy. Christmas will be very different but we are thankful for everything we have"!! May God Bless Each Of You..

Franklin County Sheriff's Office

Prayers to his Family...This officer gave his life protecting his community. A sacrifice we cannot repay. This is a reminder just how much the wonderful men and women of the NYPD put themselves out there for us.
Words are not enough to express the sadness that is felt by the loss of these two fine officers.....not only in New York...but wherever decent people reside and acknowledge the SACRIFICE every police officer makes each & every day.
God bless both of these officers....and their Families. RIP Gentleman. You gave all.

My prayers go up to our Lord for NYPD Officer Wenjian Liu's family and extended family of the New York City Police Department. May they all be lifted up and comforted at this time of tremendous loss. May they feel the comfort of the Holy Spirit. May He place a strong hedge of protection around all law enforcement officers at this time, especially those officers who were witnesses to this, as they continue to carry out their servanthood of protection to the citizens of New York City.
