In Loving Memory ...
For The Angels in Blue & Families that Remain,
When you walk through the storm ...
Hold Your Head up High
And Don't be afraid of the Dark
At the end of the Storm
is a Golden Sky
And the Sweet Silver Song
of Comfort
of The Lord ...
Walk on through the Wind,
Walk on through the Rain
Though Your Dreams Be torched & gone
Walk on ...
Walk on ... through the Pain
With Hope in Heart
And know ...
You Don't Walk Alone !!!
Dear Lord,
I Pray ...
Heal our Eyes,
Heal Our Hearts,
Heal Our Minds ...
Breath Your Breath Of Life over Us ...
Wake Us up from this Darkness so Deep ...
We Don't have the strenth to overcome this
Pain ...
But You Do !!!
Lord, Heal me ...
RIP Rafael & Wenjian , Sons of Valor, with Honor.
Gone from Our Arms ... Forever in Our Hearts !!!

On behalf of my family, I extend our sincerest condolences on the grievous loss you suffered when Rafael was killed.
To the Ramos family, fellow deputies, and all who call Rafael beloved, my heart goes out to all of you and may you find comfort in your loved ones and your strength in your faith. When my son was killed, the entire law enforcement community in our area embraced us in a circle of love and support, and I know you will receive the same support. It makes the unbearable less torturous, and I pray for your solace. I hope that your family and Officer Liu's family know that a nation mourned with you.
This reflection is sent with the utmost respect for the dedicated service Officer Ramos gave to his community and the citizens of New York, and for the supreme sacrifice he and his family made on December 20, 2014

Detective Ramos,
I remember when you first arrived at the 79th precinct for operation impact. I can still picture you changing quietly at your locker right next to the side door. After I got transferred, I heard you were able to get a better locker upstairs. I was happy to hear that. You were a humble, mature, and professional police officer. I am proud that I had the pleasure to work in the seven-nine with you. God speed brother, we will finish what you started.

It is with a grateful heart to all law enforcement men, women, k-9's and their families who are willing to risk their lives for strangers, that I offer my deepest sympathies to Officer Ramos' wife, sons, and family. Officer Ramos' legacy lives on in his sons and his ministry. From everything I've read about this man, there is no doubt He has heard these most precious words from his Savior: "Well done, my good and faithful servant". May his family have God's peace, comfort, strength, and healing, especially in the coming months.
