Deputy Oliver, your murderer will not escape justice, whether it's in this life or the next. I pray that, in spite of his continued actions and the lives put in jeopardy, no one else's life is taken. There has been one too many already.
My prayers are with your family but I know in my heart you will never be far from them and that they will keep you forever in their hearts and minds.
God Bless and may you forever Rest in Peace, Brother.
