Prayers for his family and friends. I met him briefly via a wedding so didn't really know him. I feel his families pain, I lost my brother GA Trooper Tony Lumley in 2003 in the line of duty. Now he can greet Michael and show him the ropes as they patrol from up high. God blessshis family.

Michael Norris, a mother's darling, a dad's pride and joy....to his wife, the love of her life and his brother's best friend.
Down through the years I've stood over caskets and looked into beautiful faces of beloved family members and friends who wore the blue or the brown or suit or jeans...and there's never been an answer to the question "Why"? or the agony of "If only!".
I didn't have the privilege of knowing Michael Norris but I know I would have loved him just like one of my own family.
My heart hurts for his loved ones. As I looked at his picture tonight, I saw a beautiful soul, a gorgeous young man with so much potential.
All I can do is pray. May the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ bring you grace and rest during the rough road ahead. I hope the knowledge that you will see Michael again and be with him in Heaven will help you to look forward to that reunion.
