My heart goes out to his family, Such a loss and at such a young age. I worked with Dept. of Corrections for 7 yes. Even tho our jobs were dangerous and never knew when a life might be lost. We did not have the unknown to deal with like our police forces do on a daily basis now days. Just traffic stops can turn deadly. I know family's of these officers must always carry some fear. When these officers are placed in their positions, they are out there to protect us. May God bless and keep our police force safe. And bless the family in a loving way. Stay Strong!
