My deepest sympathy to Officer Crisp's Wife, Children, extended family, agency and community.
His life and the life of all who work in the field of law enforcment is not at a loss without those in this field all feeling the effects and the pain of loss weather close to home or a world away.
I didnt know you Officer Crisp but you have my deepest respect before and after this tragic event.
Pest in peace.

Only one year served for a prior murder? Sounds like the embarrassing state of Massachusetts that I work in. If this murderer had been in jail where he belonged, Officer Crisp would still be with us and his family and friends would not be suffering such heartache right now. You were a true warrior sir. The sheep dog runs towards danger while the flock flees in the opposite direction.

Officer Crisp had my back last summer when I was Acting Deputy Forest Supervisor in Asheville. I needed to meet with a neighbor who was unhappy with USFS. He remained close by, just in case I needed him. I cannot believe this has happened to such a fine young man and to his K9, Officer Moros.
Blessings and prayers for Jason's family.
