Rest in peace knowing that no passage of time will ever erase your service and sacrifice.

I too have heard the stories of Grandpa Dillon and am glad to see relatives I didn't know I had! I heard his brothers waited for the shooter to be released and when he was he didn't make it far from the prison door before he too was gunned down. I would love to see pictures you may have. I have his wedding photo on my wall. [email protected]

George Dillon was my Great Great Grandfather I believe. I’m a descendant if his daughter Dorothy. My grandmother told me the story about him dying while looking for deserters. I would love to share info with anyone else related to him.
