Officer Bradway,
I came on duty this morning and read about your chivalrous display of duty as a Law Enforcement Officer. I will go through this shift and the rest of my shifts knowing you are there next to me every step of the way. God bless you, your family, your loved ones and all of your friends. My prayers and most sincere thoughts go out to everyone affected by your ultimate sacrifice. You are in fact a true ‘Defensor Pacis’ (Defender of the Peace).

A BLUE LIGHT
Place a light in your window, make sure it is blue
Reminding friends, an officer gave a life for you
Give light to their remembrance, the color is sad
To family left by officers who knew them as Dad
It isn’t the money, most definitely not the hours
They aren’t comic book hero’s with unnatural powers
They’re simply human beings who place life on the line
Place a blue light in your window, let their memory shine!
