To Dir. Muellar and to the families of both Special Agents. Sometimes theres no explaination to why, but maybe something can be learned that maybe saves more lives in the future. The FBI has the best training that any law enforcement officer can ever get. There's no telling how many lives have been saved by the training offered by the FBI to the local police departments.
