Rest in peace Jerry...my department appreciates all Jerry did for us in 2000. He came to our university and certified three of our officers in the RAD Program (Rape Aggression Defense Basic class for women). I was one of them. Jerry was one of the BEST RAD instructors in the business. He kept us laughing and having one of the most memorable training experiences! Jerry was also a member of the PACCPP (Pennsylvania Association of Campus Crime Prevention Practitioner's). He was an instructor at PACCPP Annual Conference at Gettysburg College for numerous years. I crossed paths with him at Gettysburg and other trainings over the years.
Jerry was always so happy, friendly, funny, and willing to help you in anyway he could.
Pennsylvania has lost a wonderful person and dedicated and brave police officer.
You will not be forgotten...RIP
Thoughts and prayers to Jerry's family

Avenue of the Fallen

Standing at attention in their class “A“ uniforms, badges gleaming and shoes like glass, are your brothers and sisters of Law Enforcement. All of whom have previously paid the ultimate price.
Today, like many others, they welcome you to this wonderful place. As you march down the Avenue of the Fallen, all eyes focus on you as if to say its ok you’re with your eternal partners. A salute is followed and a tear can be seen on so many faces.
Welcome, you served well.
Now come join us in the ranks, another is coming home.
